Each organization has a cycle that, if understood, allows us to predict its behavior, problems, and capabilities. Life Cycle Insight is a survey-based diagnostic tool created to evaluate an organization's culture, plans, processes, structures, and systems. Based on that information, Life Cycle Insight determines where an organization is in its business life cycle, and predicts some of the characteristic challenges that the organization is and will be facing given its life cycle position.
